With a background in psychology, she also studies holistic nutrition and the modern diet in relation to women’s hormonal health, adding a well-rounded perspective to her work.
For Ananda, rest, movement, and proper nourishment are the foundation of lasting health and happiness. She is passionate about supporting each person’s unique path toward wellness and enjoys creating a welcoming space where guests can feel seen, supported, and inspired. Fluent in English and Spanish, with a little French as well, she also loves connecting with guests at Moinhos Velhos through warm conversation and shared experience.
