Ana’s work is shaped by years of immersion in India’s living traditions, with a focus on Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, nutrition and cooking, spiritual practice, and holistic yoga. From an early age, she studied at the Vivekananda Research Foundation and later expanded her training with the Vedic Foundation of the Himalayas, exploring Dharma, Vedanta, Tantra, Ayurveda, and the science of Yoga. She also spent six years living in a Himalayan ashrama, where daily sadhana, mantra, meditation, and service became the foundation of her life.
She later established a Dharma mission in Hungary and worked in Spain, sharing Vedic teachings while supporting communities through spiritual practice and holistic living. Her guidance is not based on theory alone — it comes from a life fully devoted to practice.
Grounded in Ayurveda, herbal healing, Vedic mantra, meditation, and traditional yogic practice, Ana helps others move toward balance, clarity, and inner strength. Her approach is both mystical and practical, honoring devotion and discipline while remaining attuned to the realities of modern life.
Through Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, nutrition and cooking, spiritual practice, and holistic yoga, she supports steady, embodied, and sustainable transformation. Her offering creates space where ancient wisdom meets lived experience, and where healing unfolds through awareness, rhythm, and sincere practice.
