Ana Miranda is a Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Mandala yoga teacher, as well as a mother of two boys. Her teaching is shaped by a deep attention to the breath and a strong sense of body mindfulness, creating a practice that feels both steady and supportive. For Ana, yoga became the perfect antidote to a busy lifestyle, and that intention comes through in every class.
Her sessions are calming, grounding, and uplifting, offering a space to restore balance in both body and mind. With a holistic approach, she weaves together asana, pranayama, and meditation to guide students toward a more connected and centered practice. Ana grew up in the sunny city of Lisbon, Portugal, and brings that warmth and positive energy into her teaching.
Outside the studio, she enjoys baking and believes that a happy, well-lived life is one that stays in balance. Her philosophy is simple: do your yoga and enjoy your cake too. Ana completed her trainings with The Shala and The Yoga People.
