Amy first felt the pull of yoga as a teenager during a class in London, and that early experience set her on a lifelong path of learning and devotion. Over the past nine years, she has travelled to India to deepen her practice and study with yogis from the Himalayan tradition, gaining insight through direct experience and guidance. In Rishikesh, often described as the spiritual heart of India, she found a second home and a place that continues to inspire her journey. Today, Amy is honoured to serve as an ambassador for MPY, sharing the wisdom and spirit she has gathered along the way.
