Amy Thai

Since beginning her aerial yoga journey in 2018, Amy quickly fell in love with the practice and immersed herself in regular classes. In 2019, she became a certified aerial instructor through Galaxy Lifestyle, and later expanded her offerings by training as a sound healing facilitator with Peace, Love and Yoga in 2023.

Her teaching style blends creative sequencing, playfulness, and a thoughtful dose of strength-building, helping students develop the foundational poses and technique needed to grow with confidence in aerial sequencing and aerial dance. Alongside her weekly classes, Amy also leads specialized workshops such as aerial burlesque, floating and grounded sound baths, acro-aerial, and aerial dance.

When she is not teaching, Amy enjoys camping, photography, creating charcuterie and pupcuterie boards, hosting elaborate dinners, and spending time cuddling with her pup, Tsuki.
