
With more than two decades of yoga practice behind her, Amy Olivia Bell brings depth, clarity, and a grounded presence to every class she teaches. Having worked in London studios and with private clients, and trained with leading teachers around the world, she offers a rich blend of experience and thoughtful guidance. Her Vinyasa Flow classes combine creative sequencing with functional movement and mobility work, supporting the body in a way that feels intelligent, sustainable, and expansive.
Alongside her strong teaching background, Amy’s long-term meditation practice and commitment to mindful living shape the atmosphere of her sessions. Students are encouraged to move with awareness, deepen the connection between breath, body, and mind, and build strength with intention. More recently, Amy has been exploring Shaivism Tantra, a tradition that honors life fully rather than turning away from it. This perspective reflects her belief in a spiritual path rooted in everyday reality — one that supports vitality, resilience, and radiance both on and off the mat.
