Amy Greco is a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner, Reiki Level 1 Practitioner, and artist whose work bridges healing, creativity, and embodied self-awareness. Her path into RBM began as a personal search for practices that could support nervous system regulation and help her show up with greater authenticity and connection in parenting and daily life.
With a grounded, compassionate presence, Amy brings together clinical insight and holistic healing tools to create a supportive space for transformation. Her approach invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a more honest and nurturing way.
