Amy Greco

Amy Greco is a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner, Reiki Level 1 Practitioner, and artist whose work bridges healing, creativity, and embodied self-awareness. Her path into RBM began as a personal search for practices that could support nervous system regulation and help her show up with greater authenticity and connection in parenting and daily life.

With a grounded, compassionate presence, Amy brings together clinical insight and holistic healing tools to create a supportive space for transformation. Her approach invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a more honest and nurturing way.

Whether through breathwork or energy healing, Amy’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with greater awareness of the body, the mind, and the patterns that shape how we move through the world.
