Amritasara

Amritasara is a deeply nurturing yoga teacher whose approach is rooted in care, presence, and a close connection to nature. Together with her husband and family, she helps run a sustainable farm near Monmouth, bringing the values of simplicity and mindful living into her work and teaching. Her background includes graduating from the 2002–2004 Ashram Yoga Teacher Training Course, a foundation that continues to inform her thoughtful and grounded style.

She also leads online sessions for the Ashram Sangha, offering a space for students to explore yoga in a supportive and accessible way.
