I’m originally from San Diego, California, and my journey with yoga began in Los Angeles in 2013, when I was searching for a meaningful way to soothe my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I joined a neighborhood yoga studio hoping to find some relief, and instead discovered a practice that helped me reconnect with the deepest parts of myself. From that moment on, yoga became a central part of my life.
Eight years later, I now live in Bali, Indonesia, where I serve as the in-house lead trainer at House of Om Bali, a role I truly love. I also hold additional certifications in children’s and adolescent’s yoga, as well as Himalayan Kriya. My training and teaching background includes Yoga Nidra, meditation, alignment, Hatha, Vinyasa, pranayama, and subtle energy. Over the years, I’ve taught in a range of settings, including online teacher training, private one-on-one sessions, and online sessions, and I have also worked as a children’s yoga instructor for high-profile families in West Hollywood, California.
In addition, I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m passionate about bringing these two areas of expertise together, and I view yoga as a powerful tool for helping others release stagnant emotional energy held in the body and reconnect with their soul self through movement, breathwork, mudras, meditation, and intention. I love working with both adults and children, and I look forward to connecting.
