Ambar is a trauma-informed, certified sound healing therapist, gong practitioner, and yoga nidra teacher drawn to the transpersonal, the vibrant, and the creative layers of human experience. She often speaks to the idea that we are born to forget and spend our lives remembering who we were before the world shaped us. Through her own journey with trauma, loss, grief, burnout, and a breast cancer diagnosis, she has turned to sound, stillness, and breath as pathways for healing, reconnection, and transformation.
She is currently training to become a Psychosynthesis counsellor and is in her second year of breathwork therapist training with Hannah Kendaru of Inspire Breathwork, grounded in embodied social justice and decolonial healing. Her work is guided by a mission to support people in reclaiming agency, honoring intersectionality, and returning to the breath in a society that has pulled them away from it.
With more than 12 years in the creative and advertising industry as a senior creative producer and project manager, she brings a deep appreciation for art, design, music, culture, and imagination, and for the many ways people move through the world.
