Amalia Safi is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher with 500 hours of yoga teacher training (E-RYT 500).
She is a certified Hatha and Integral Yoga instructor, and she also teaches English for yoga.
Her yoga path began in childhood, when she first encountered Ahimsa, the principle of non-violence. As a teenager, she immersed herself in Hatha Yoga and has continued ever since. With more than 10 years of experience, she has explored Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, and Integral Yoga.
In 2017, she completed her first yoga teacher training focused on Integral Yoga and yoga therapy. She later deepened her studies in Hatha Yoga and, in 2023, completed another training in Modern Postural Yoga.
Amalia has also studied sacred texts such as the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita with Edwin Bryant. In addition, she has been learning Sanskrit and enjoys mantra chanting.
Even before becoming a certified teacher, she was already guiding yoga practices, driven by a strong desire to share the practice with others.
