Alya Howe

Alya Howe (E-RYT 500, YCAP, CMA) is widely known as a teacher of teachers and an experienced teacher trainer with years of dedication to the practice. She was the founding General Manager for Kindness Yoga Studios in Denver and also a cherished teacher at Samadhi. Now based in the Roaring Fork Valley, she shares her teaching at TNHA and Vimana House.

Her approach blends alignment, somatics, and deep presence, creating a grounded and supportive experience for students. Through her classes, Alya invites practitioners to soften into greater ease, discover a deeper sense of belonging, and feel more freedom in their bodies. Her teaching offers a thoughtful space for growth, awareness, and embodied connection.
