
Alli Smithdorf’s yoga journey began at home, practicing in her basement with a VHS tape, and deepened after university in 2009 when a friend invited her to her first class. That first experience was intense enough to make her question whether she could keep going, but it also sparked a lasting commitment to the practice. Since then, yoga has continued to challenge her in the best way, offering new opportunities for growth, fresh goals, and a deeper connection to herself.
For Alli, yoga has been a path of healing for body, mind, and soul, and she is passionate about helping others discover that same transformation. Her classes are known for their energy, honesty, and clear focus on anatomy, creating a space where students can learn, move, and grow with confidence. When she’s not in the studio, Alli is usually out seeking her next adventure, often climbing mountains and embracing the outdoors.
