Alissa Zemering

Alissa Zemering is a board-certified and licensed Creative Arts Psychotherapist and the founder of A to Z Healing Arts LLC. As a facilitator, she brings together creativity, nervous system awareness, emotional processing, movement, and compassionate witnessing to create a supportive space for healing and authentic self-expression.

Her sessions are designed to help participants reconnect with their inner world in a gentle, grounded way. Through guided art, writing, somatic exploration, and group connection, Alissa encourages a process that is free from pressure, judgment, or performance. Instead, she invites softness, presence, curiosity, and deeper emotional awareness, allowing each person to engage at their own pace.
