
Alison Goldie is a drama facilitator and life coach whose career spans theatre and broadcasting, where she has worked as a performer, director, teacher, and roving reporter. Her approach centres on communication and creativity as pathways to self-knowledge and a deeper understanding of others. With a special focus on improvisation, she has supported a wide variety of people around the world in discovering more ease, confidence, and joy in everyday life.
Known for encouraging fun, laughter, and spontaneity, Alison brings a warm and engaging presence to her work, helping participants explore new ways of expressing themselves and connecting with those around them. Her book, The Improv Book: Improvisation for Theatre, Comedy, Education and Life, was published in 2015.
