
With Balinese roots, culture and spirituality have always been part of her life. She first discovered yoga in 2008 and has felt its benefits ever since. After years in the fast-paced fashion industry, she found healing through Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which supported her recovery from chronic shoulder injuries. This journey inspired her to deepen her studies at Yoga.Karta Elite Yoga School, where she completed her ERYT 500 Hours (YACEP) Yoga Alliance International certification.
She is a devoted Ashtanga practitioner and a passionate teacher, with a special focus on guiding beginners through the practice. Her classes offer different movement options, helping students experience yoga in a way that feels accessible and rewarding. She believes yoga is for everyone when it is approached gently, with awareness, and in connection with the breath. Her teaching style is soft, intuitive, and supportive.
She leads private sessions, group classes, and yoga for special conditions, including heart problems, asthma, Parkinson's, and more. In every session, she encourages students to breathe deeply and move in a way that feels safe and comfortable.
