Alicija Eiliakas

Description
"Dear friend, dear friend,
I am the lucky person who is walking on his Life Path. It was not always like this. Like many, I searched for it for a long time, I was wrong, like beads in a later experience. Today, my professional and personal life has become a harmonious whole - I live what I do and work is my great passion. It gives me a lot of joy, it gives meaning to my life.
I am happy to share my experience with those who can benefit from it. I do not teach anyone how to live (at least I try to), I do not show them the "right" way. For those who seek my help, I try to be just a "mediator" to help them connect with their True Self, to discover their Authentic Self, to understand the true needs and desires of the Soul, to become aware of the constructs and limiting programs of the mind and to let them go... This can become an inspiring Journey that we will experience together. As I feel very inspired by life myself, I am happy to share that inspiration with those who seek it.
How I can be of help:
* It can be "classical" talk therapy, it can be sound therapy, body work, voice work, sometimes through art therapy;
* I lead classes, meditations and groups (sound therapy sessions, meditations, practices for women, couples, dance meditations, intuitive singing and spontaneous improvisation workshops, and much more);
* I do individual sound therapy sessions (singing bowl sound massage, gong therapy);
* I run training courses with my husband Richard (see descriptions on this website);
* Together with my husband and sons I play meditation music mysteries and concerts;
* I organise and lead experiential journeys.
Need help? Or maybe you just want to chat?
You are welcome in our spaces!
With love, Alicia"
