Alicia Grayson is a movement teacher whose work weaves together yoga, pilates, dance, and Contact Improvisation. With 37 years of practice and performance in Contact Improvisation, she brings depth, sensitivity, and a lived understanding of embodied expression to every session.
For the past 31 years, Alicia has supported individuals and groups across many countries around the world, guiding people toward greater presence, creativity, and self-connection. Her approach is rooted in the belief that each person carries an infinite capacity for love and creativity, and that embodiment offers a powerful way to express this within everyday life.
Alongside movement, Alicia serves as a transformational guide through life coaching, somatic psychotherapy, and Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release. Her teaching invites participants into authentic movement and a deeper experience of their own essence in a warm, grounded, and supportive space.
