
Alice Robbins brings more than 25 years of experience in meditation and dharma, along with a deep understanding of what supports people during nature retreats. Over the years, she has assisted, managed, and cared for the needs of yogis across dozens of retreats, creating a grounded and attentive presence wherever she works.
In addition to her meditation background, Alice practices and teaches dance, movement, and Qi Gong. She especially enjoys sharing Qi Gong on retreat, offering this traditional Chinese gentle movement practice as a calming and accessible way to reconnect with the body, soften tension, and settle into the natural rhythm of the surroundings.
Her approach brings together mindfulness, movement, and thoughtful support, helping participants feel both held and inspired throughout their retreat experience.
