About Alexis
Alexis is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Northern Virginia’s massage program. Her path into this work began with a deep personal connection to her grandmother, inspiring her to learn more than simple comfort techniques and to better understand the body as a whole.
That early motivation shaped a practice rooted in care, relief, and meaningful support. Alexis is passionate about helping clients feel more at ease, more balanced, and better able to move through daily life with greater comfort.
In addition to massage therapy, she incorporates Reiki into her sessions to support energetic balance and a more holistic experience. Her approach blends skilled bodywork with gentle healing work, creating a welcoming space for restoration and peace.
