With more than 10 years of experience in yoga and body balance, Alexia brings a strong foundation in movement, strength, and alignment to every class. Her background in dance and artistic gymnastics shaped her refined sense of control, coordination, and body awareness, which now supports her teaching style across a wide range of sessions.
For the past four years, she has been leading muscle-strengthening classes such as sculpt-style workouts, body balance, back care, gentle gym, stretching, postural training, and yoga. Her training includes fitness and group coaching studies with FitsPro in Mies in 2012, along with completed anatomy and physiology exams. In early 2013, she joined the YOGA Samgati school in Lausanne for a comprehensive five-year program, and after her assessments, she qualified as a yoga instructor in 2014.
Alexia continues to deepen her knowledge of yogic breathing techniques, bandhas, and mudras through courses in France. Today, she leads nearly 20 classes each week for a diverse audience, offering a balanced and encouraging approach that supports strength, mobility, and mindful practice.
