Welcome, I’m Alexandra Schlierf. Although I was born and raised in Munich, I have found my heart and home in Småland, Sweden since 2012. Surrounded by lush forests, peaceful lakes, and the gentle power of nature, I feel deeply connected to the present moment here.
As a certified yoga teacher in the traditions of B. K. S. Iyengar and Anusara Yoga, and with a solid background as a sports and dance teacher, I bring a rich variety of styles into my practice. My offerings range from Hatha yoga and flowing Vinyasa to dynamic Power Yoga, gentle Yin Yoga, lymph-supportive Lymph Yoga, and child-friendly kids’ yoga. Ongoing personal development remains one of my highest priorities.
In my therapeutic practice, I support you as a qualified lymph and fascia therapist, as well as a certified Reiki and healing therapist. Frequency therapy and energetic work are also firmly rooted in my approach. Meditation, conscious breathwork, and mindfulness are inseparable from everything I offer, creating a holistic connection between body, heart, mind, and soul.
Alongside traditional yoga classes, I offer personal coaching. My focus areas include inner child recovery, work with codependency, building self-worth and deep self-love, as well as consciousness work and emotional healing. I combine therapeutic methods with intuitive perception to support people on their path toward greater inner freedom, clarity, and authentic relationships.
Nature is a powerful healer for me. Walks in the forest, a cool swim in the lake, or going barefoot across a meadow can bring us back to our center and strengthen our life force. In my practice in Sweden, I accompany people on their journey toward holistic growth, health, and inner balance, always aware that I am myself a student of life.
My vision is to create retreats that open space for deep experiences and make the healing power of yoga, meditation, bodywork, and coaching truly tangible — whether by the sea, in the mountains, or in quiet natural settings. I hope participants return to everyday life feeling strengthened, clear, and with sunshine in their hearts.
