Alexandra Meraner

About me

Since 2007, I have been working under the name Meraner Care through Yogartista. My professional path began that same year, followed by an intensive two-year training in Ayur-Yoga therapy. A wide range of additional qualifications in the medical and anatomical field deepened my understanding of movement, relaxation, and health in a lasting way.

My work

In open classes, I always teach with a focus on therapeutic yoga. In one-to-one sessions, I adapt the practice to the individual needs of each participant. In the past, I led continuing education programs for health yoga teachers at Yoga Akademie Austria, as well as other trainings. My teaching integrates elements of mental training and mindfulness to help release physical and mental blockages effectively.

Recognition

I am in high demand nationally and internationally for health yoga workshops and advanced training on a variety of health topics. I have also appeared as a guest speaker in numerous yoga teacher trainings and continuing education programs. You can regularly see me on ORF Sport plus and in Yogamagazin from Gastein.

Current activities

Since March 2017, I have been responsible for workplace wellness promotion in the areas of yoga and meditation at prevent AT work. Since 2023, I have also been leading yoga teacher trainings and continuing education programs for Yoga Veda Academy in Zurich.
