Alexa has been on the yoga mat since 1994 and has never left this spiritual path. Over the years, yoga has become more than a practice to her — it is a way of life and a deeply inspiring inner journey that continues to reveal new dimensions of body and soul.
Following her solid Hatha yoga training, she spent several years in Australia, where she completed further studies with renowned international masters. Her teaching is marked by a warm, holistic approach that supports physical and mental well-being while staying true to the philosophy of yoga without becoming dogmatic.
With genuine enthusiasm, Alexa shares her love of movement and her belief that the yoga path is a lifelong process of rediscovery. For her, yoga is the most important tool for staying healthy, balanced, and calm in a demanding everyday life.
For many years, she has been teaching in both German and English with an inspiring, personal style that is creative, varied, and engaging for all the senses. Her classes and retreats naturally weave together elements of Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, and Yoga Nidra, along with meditation, chanting with harmonium, and small massage segments as a special extra.
Discover that yoga is a path that is always changing, never ending, and continually brings you back to yourself.
In the spirit of “happy, healthy, holy” — happy, healthy, and serene in the here and now.
