Originally from Canada, she spent years living in Kuwait and Abu Dhabi before making Bali her home. As the founder of The Mindful Life Practice, she has guided and certified more than 200 yoga teachers, sharing a style that is both thoughtful and accessible.
Her classes blend vinyasa, yin, meditation, chanting, and practical philosophy into a welcoming experience for all levels. Drawing inspiration from the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, Alex weaves mindful movement with reflection and presence, creating space for clarity, sobriety, and inner peace.
