Coming from the fast-moving worlds of television, dance music, and extreme hedonism, Alex’s life has since taken a very different direction. In part shaped by the profound pain of grief, he began searching for relief from his own experiences of loss, addiction, and a lack of purpose. That journey led him to explore healing, reconnect with nature, and reconsider what it truly means to live a human life.
Driven by a deep wish to share what he has learned, Alex has spent the last four years creating safe spaces, communities, and intentional experiences that offer others the chance to heal, reconnect, and gather in the same way he has. He has now led more than 100 practices, 15 retreats, and 50 hikes, and has recently launched a new sober event series, Frolik. He remains deeply committed to learning, sharing, and curating ways to support others through a lens of childlike curiosity and genuine compassion for humanity.
His current focus is on deepening reconnection with the natural world, regeneration, and learning how to live within supportive community, which he sees as a lasting remedy for many of today’s modern challenges. He hosts and shares from a place of complete openness and unfiltered honesty, and he loves bringing people together to celebrate the beauty of the human experience in all its twists, turns, confusion, and complexity.
