
Alex Campos has been teaching vinyasa yoga since 2016, bringing a practice rooted in depth and mindfulness to every class he leads. His sessions are designed to encourage a more conscious connection with movement, breath, and presence, creating an experience that feels both grounded and expansive.
He regularly leads workshops, retreats, and specialized yoga offerings, sharing his approach with students in a variety of settings. Alex is also the creator of Yoga Danzante, a movement technique that blends expressive motion with the flow of yoga. His background in dance includes being selected as a choreographer in several competitions, and he was part of DeAquĂDeAllá ColaboraciĂłn EscĂ©nica as both a dancer and yoga teacher.
Beyond the studio, Alex brings a rich creative and academic perspective to his work as a writer, pianist, economist, and master’s graduate in contemporary art.
