As the chef’s nephew, he has grown up close to the kitchen, spending his summers working hard, learning the craft, and absorbing the little details that make every dish special. His time in Floripa is shaped by more than just work, though — when he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys the full rhythm of island life, from lively parties to kitesurfing in his free time.
