Alberto

Known affectionately as Albi, he brings a relaxed, friendly energy to the Floripa community. As the chef’s nephew, he has grown up close to the kitchen, spending his summers working hard, learning the craft, and absorbing the little details that make every dish special. His time in Floripa is shaped by more than just work, though — when he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys the full rhythm of island life, from lively parties to kitesurfing in his free time.

Albi’s presence reflects the easygoing spirit of the place: hands-on, curious, and always fully immersed in the experience. Whether he’s helping behind the scenes or enjoying the outdoors, he brings the same enthusiasm and energy to everything he does.
