My spiritual path led me into the silence of meditation in 1986 and opened the door to the fascinating world of yoga in 2001. As a certified teacher with the German Yoga Teachers Association (BDY/EYU) and Yoga Vision Munich (YVM), I completed an intensive three-year training in one-to-one teaching with R. Sriram. From Transcendental Meditation to Paramahansa Yogananda and Zen meditation, which I have lovingly cultivated since 2001, my path has remained clear.
Since 2003, I have shared this deep connection through my retreats and workshops. Serenity, joy, and love are present within each of us and warmly invite us in. The wisdom of yoga and Buddhism serves as a guiding light on our journey toward greater contentment and inner peace. My teaching is shaped by a warm, deeply present approach and an open heart for you.
In my tradition, the teacher’s presence in the room matters more than simply demonstrating asanas. This allows me to focus fully on your needs and offer precise, supportive corrections. My approach is not power yoga, but a gentle journey from the outside inward. We use the body as a vessel to move deeper into the self through asanas, pranayama breathing techniques, reflection on yogic texts, and the chanting of mantras.
