
Yoga teacher Ajay Malik brings a strong academic background and more than ten years of teaching experience to his work. He holds a 200-hour Teacher Training Certification (TTC) and a Master’s degree in yoga, giving him a deep understanding of both the theory and practice of yoga. Over the years, he has developed a teaching style centered on mindful movement, proper alignment, and breath awareness.
Ajay’s approach goes beyond the physical practice. He is passionate about guiding students through meaningful journeys of self-discovery and personal growth. His classes are designed to feel open, welcoming, and supportive, so people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds can practice with confidence. In addition to group classes, he offers private sessions, workshops, and retreats, allowing him to respond to different needs and preferences.
Committed to lifelong learning, Ajay continues to study and train regularly to expand his skills and knowledge. Outside the yoga studio, he enjoys connecting with nature through mountain hiking and values time spent reading. He also makes space for family and friends, maintaining a balanced lifestyle that reflects his belief in the close connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
