Aimee Pesendian, PKT

Aimee is a certified PanchaKarma technician who has guided many people over the years through the transformative experience of PanchaKarma. With a warm, grounded presence, she brings together practical knowledge and heartfelt care in every session she leads.

She is also a Seva-giver, mother, gardener, herbalist, hobby cook, and assistant teacher, weaving these lived experiences into her approach to wellness and healing. Aimee is a strong advocate for Ayurvedic self-care rituals and shares this wisdom in an accessible, supportive way.

In addition to her one-to-one work, she teaches women’s circles and period-classes created to empower, inform, and nurture a new generation. Her offerings invite participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore traditional practices with curiosity and confidence.
