Agnes Tripkou is a nurse who graduated in 2010 as a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and completed a specialization in psychiatric care in 2014. Born and raised in Sweden, she has worked in Stockholm in addiction care and has trained in several therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and NADA acupuncture, which she has used in her practice. Her background includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
While working in a tapering program, Agnes supported patients as they reduced use of addictive substances such as opiates and benzodiazepines. Through this work, she connected with Tabula Rasa after seeing a strong need among her patients for alternatives when conventional methods had not helped, as well as a growing interest in ibogaine. She traveled to Portugal, partnered with the Tabula Rasa team, and remains a valued part of it today.
In addition to this work, Agnes is employed in acute inpatient psychiatric care in Stockholm, where she serves as head nurse supervisor at the clinic and is responsible for all nursing students. She also has a deep interest in natural healing therapies and practices Reiki healing at level II as well as aromatherapeutic massage.
