AGATHE DELACOUR

AGATHE DELACOUR

Description

Agathe Delacour is a yoga teacher, bodywork practitioner, and facilitator of embodied living who invites participants into a space shaped by listening, gentleness, and sensory awareness. Her approach encourages the body, energy, and presence to awaken in a natural and grounded way, allowing each person to reconnect with themselves at their own pace.

Trained in Europe and Asia, Agathe weaves together yoga, Thaï/Ostéothai bodywork, and subtle somatic practices. Her sessions combine conscious movement, sensitive touch, and energy flow, creating an experience that is both deeply supportive and quietly transformative. Through workshops and private sessions, she explores yoga, massage, philosophy, somatic exploration, and creative embodiment.

With intuition, sensitivity, and care at the heart of her teaching, Agathe offers a safe and intimate setting where freedom, openness, grounding, and inner attunement can emerge with lightness and respect for each person’s rhythm. Her work reflects a simple belief: the body is a living sanctuary, and by returning to it, we rediscover vitality, presence, and a more authentic connection to ourselves and the world around us.
