Adrienne Chang has spent more than fifteen years studying in the tradition of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, developing a deep foundation in Buddhist practice, teaching, and leadership. Over the years, she has helped co-lead Shambhala and Buddhist meditation retreats and study courses across Europe, North America, and online, supporting participants in immersive spaces for reflection, learning, and inner growth.
She is currently part of the Milinda program, a ten-year inter-sangha, shedra-style Buddhist teacher training program guided by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. Each year, this commitment takes her to Asia for three months of intensive study and practice, reflecting her ongoing dedication to disciplined training and living wisdom.
