Adrienn Light

Biography

In 2016, Adrienn Light experienced a powerful, spontaneous turning point during a solo retreat that included meditation and fasting. In that deeply transformative moment, she felt her physical form shift into a Light Body, opening her awareness to a new frequency and a profound sense of freedom.

Over the following two years, she devoted herself to understanding, integrating, and working with this energy. By 2018, she was called to share what she had learned and began facilitating light body activations, supporting others in connecting with their own Light Body experience.

In 2022, Anfrinit began to emerge through Adrienn as a clear channel across all existences, bringing alignment between the multidimensional self and the higher self. Through this work, practitioners are guided toward liberation from the incarnational cycle.

Beyond her spiritual path, Adrienn is a loving wife and the mother of two young daughters.
