Description

Who AM I?

I’m Adriana, originally from Sicily and now based in Solothurn, Switzerland. By profession I am an engineer, and by passion I am a yoga teacher dedicated to supporting people through yoga, movement, and mindful living.

My main intention is to share the tools of yoga in a way that can serve you both in class and in your own practice, as well as support performance in other sports. I aim to guide you on a journey of self-discovery that extends beyond the mat and into daily life.

My Experience & Certificate

I first found yoga in 2018, a few months after moving to Ireland. From that very first class, I was hooked and have continued practicing ever since.

Although I teach yoga, I will always be a student too. I’m committed to ongoing learning and regularly take trainings and courses to deepen my knowledge and better support my students.

Trainings & Certifications

  • 85-hour Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training – Sally Parkes (February 2026)
  • 50-hour Interrogating Yoga – Bess Prescott & Roshni Lakhani (April 2025)
  • 30-hour Preventing & Managing Common Yoga Injuries – Jason Crandell (December 2022)
  • 200-hour Awakening Yoga Teacher Training – Patrick Beach & Carling Harps (December 2020)

Movement inspires me in all its forms, and I love discovering new activities and different ways to move. Through yoga and other physical practices, I see movement as a continuing exploration: a chance to connect with my body, challenge myself, learn more about who I am, and keep growing.
