
I was first introduced to yoga as a Christmas gift from my father. With a background in Medical Science and extensive experience in competitive sport, I initially approached the practice with a focus on physical results. What I received, however, was something far more meaningful.
Yoga has strengthened my body, mind, and spirit, helping me experience modern life with a new perspective and meet challenges with greater grace. That personal transformation inspired me to complete my 240hr alignment-based hatha-vinyasa training at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts.
I offer private yoga instruction in alignment-based Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin, and Restorative yoga for students of all experience levels. I travel throughout Greater Vancouver and neighbouring cities.
My classes are challenging yet safe, and they integrate meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy to create a practice that is both powerful and transformative. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support personal goals, encourage growth, and deepen connection with oneself and with others.
My teaching is especially well suited to students who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga, reduce stress or anxiety, develop a consistent and in-depth practice, or work toward specific goals related to yoga asana and the physical body.
