Adeline Ingabire teaches a range of yoga classes in Kigali, Rwanda, alongside Qigong and Breath-Body-Mind practices. Her work brings together movement, breath, and inner awareness in a way that supports people of different ages and backgrounds, including elderly women, children, and young people.
She shares Breath-Body-Mind as a practice she finds deeply valuable for relaxation and peace of mind, and one she believes can benefit everyone. In her community work, she has used these tools to support elderly women, as well as people living with depression, trauma related to illness, and noncommunicable disease. Her approach is rooted in helping others reconnect with self-love, healing, and a greater sense of protection and well-being.
