About Adele Conti
Hi, I’m Adele Conti, co-owner of the Australian Yoga Academy. My path into yoga unfolded with the same deep trust and faith that has guided me throughout life, along with a belief that I am always safe and supported. I have been teaching yoga since 2009, and I have cherished every step of the journey. It feels like a true blessing to do what I love each day, alongside my best friend and within the inspiring AYA community, which I consider family.
I’m a mother, wife, daughter, business owner, friend, and everything in between. I love the ever-changing balancing act of life. Yoga has given me greater clarity, spaciousness, reverence, and joy, and I feel honoured to share that with my students. I welcome you exactly as you are and will meet you where you are — with gratitude in every moment and an invitation to become the conscious creator of your own destiny.

- 2021 – Pilates Mat 1 & 2 Level Training
- 2025 – Reiki Master
