Adam Duke

Description

Adam is a Hatha Yoga Teacher (EYRT 500), meditation instructor, and accomplished visual artist whose work bridges yoga science and the visual arts. Known for his bright contemporary pieces and mandalas, he has created countless artworks and murals around the world. Through workshops and retreats, he has traveled widely, sharing both his artistic gifts and his teaching experience.

Seeing art as a form of self-expression, Adam brings a playful yet patient approach that helps people connect with their own creativity. His sessions invite participants to experience artistic expression as a living meditation, opening space for exploration, presence, and inspiration.

He has led “Mandalas as Meditation” workshops at yoga retreats in Casa Anyi in Mexico, Salisa Retreats in Europe, and La Choza Del Mundo Retreats in Costa Rica. He has also offered Children’s Yoga & Art day camps at Big Brothers Big Sisters and Bowmanville Gymnastics Club in Canada, as well as healing meditation workshops for rehabilitation centers and hospice programs, including Gateway Recovery Program and VON Durham Hospices in Canada.

Alongside his extensive work in yoga classes, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings, Adam teaches youth, older students, parents, corporate groups, and private clients. He is currently teaching yoga classes and leading Bhajans for Yoga Teacher Trainings at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Mysore, India.
