Acharya Swami Sitaramananda

Swami Sitaramananda is a respected senior acharya of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, known for her long-standing dedication to sharing the teachings of classical yoga and Vedanta. She serves as director of both the Sivananda Ashram Vedanta Yoga Farm in California and the Sivananda Yoga Resort and Training Center in Vietnam, bringing guidance and leadership to these important centers of practice and learning.

In addition to her work in the United States and Vietnam, she also serves as acharya for China, Taiwan, and Japan. As the organizer and teacher of the Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training, she supports students in deepening their understanding of yoga as a holistic path that integrates discipline, balance, and well-being. Her teaching is rooted in tradition and offered with clarity, warmth, and commitment to authentic practice.
