Abhishek Rawat

Raised in the sacred landscape of Rishikesh, Abhishek Rawat developed an early connection to yoga and the timeless path of wellness. That childhood curiosity evolved into a deep professional commitment, leading him to complete a Master’s Degree in Yoga Science at Sanskrit Gurukul Vishwavidyalaya, along with 500 hours of teacher training. His studies with respected Indian teachers shaped a strong foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa and alignment-based practice, blending discipline with a thoughtful understanding of the body.

In his teaching, Abhishek encourages students to explore their own potential and step into a more meaningful way of living. His classes are rooted in tradition yet designed to support growth, awareness, and transformation, offering a space where practice becomes both grounding and inspiring.
