Abby Call is a coach and mentor focused on heart transformation. She helps others uncover their purpose and step into the strength of their own voice. Through a safe, nonjudgmental space, she supports people as they process their experiences and move toward healing.
Married since 2012 and a mother of two boys, Abby was raised in church and brings more than 15 years of ministry experience, including 11 years as a pastor’s wife. Over the years, she has mentored and led both women and men through every season of life, encouraging greater awareness and curiosity as they work toward healing and hope in their personal stories.
Abby first encountered Freedom Movement in 2019 while working through Karrie’s book, The Exchange. Since then, her involvement has expanded from attending Freedom Academy, groups, and trainings to serving as a facilitator and coach.
Abby began pursuing her own freedom journey as a young adult through personal counseling, ministry work with nonprofit organizations, and early college studies in psychology. She continues to value her relationship with the Lord while investing in her growth through therapy, ongoing study in trauma and mental health, training, and the Freedom Movement Certificate program.
Abby’s coaching is deeply informed by her own life story. Through healing from trauma, including abuse, church hurt, and profound loss, she has discovered hope and a passion for helping others find freedom as well. Her commitment has been strengthened by the recent tragedy of her mother’s death by suicide, which gave her a firsthand understanding of despair and the danger of unspoken darkness. Abby’s heart is to help reduce the number of lives lost to this kind of pain by empowering others to reclaim their voices, heal, and live in freedom.
