
With a deep passion for yoga in all its forms, Aarti Mundada brings both experience and enthusiasm to every class she teaches. For the past 8 years, she has been sharing Hatha yoga, vinyasa, and power yoga, offering students a balanced practice that builds strength, focus, and flow. Her own journey with aerial yoga began 6 years ago, and she has spent the last 4 years working as a certified Aerial Fitness Trainer.
Aarti first joined aerial yoga classes at Om Studio with her daughter in 2017, where she experienced noticeable improvements in flexibility and arm strength. Inspired to go further, she chose Om Studio for her aerial teacher training. Under Rinul’s unique teaching style and steady support, she developed the confidence to teach aerial yoga and learned how to give clear, effective instructions.
Students can expect a thoughtful, encouraging approach rooted in personal practice, technical skill, and a genuine love for movement.
