Villa Laguna

Villa Laguna is a peaceful wellness retreat in El Zopilote, Nicaragua, set beside a serene crater lake within an inactive volcano. Surrounded by tropical greenery, birdsong, and the quiet rhythm of nature, it offers a calm setting for rest, reflection, and time away from everyday noise.

The venue is especially well suited to yoga retreats, detox programs, writing retreats, and restorative getaways. Guests often mention the open-air palapa for yoga, the nourishing vegan meals, and the thoughtful care of the team, including support with logistics such as airport transfers, excursions, and massages. The atmosphere is warm, attentive, and designed to help visitors slow down and reconnect.

Visitors can also enjoy the lagoon itself, with opportunities for swimming and paddle boarding. Its location near Catarina and Granada makes it possible to add optional outings while still keeping the retreat experience centered on peace and nature. Villa Laguna is open 24 hours a day, offering flexibility for guests arriving and settling in.
