Sivananda yoga in Vilnius

We practice and teach traditional yoga, which offers health, balance and inner peace.

The Sivananda Yoga Centre is located in Vilnius, Naujamiestis, in a house on Pamėnkalnio Street 28-2. Since 2009, it has been teaching and offering a wide range of classical yoga.

The yoga centre has a large, cosy and bright hall, as well as four smaller halls. A wooden platform in the garden is available for asana practice in the warm season.

A team of more than 30 volunteer yoga teachers (only one third of us in the photo) ensures authentic teaching of all aspects of yoga. The holistic yoga practice harmonises body, mind and soul and promotes inner balance after a short time.
