Shanti Resort

Shanti Resort (Sanskrit: shanti) is a stylish, mindfulness-inspired retreat on the shores of a lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, designed to hit the stop/restart button, slow down, and savour life. Set in a secluded area of two hectares, the wellness complex enjoys a special historical setting and tranquillity, surrounded by mounds, hills and their valleys. On arrival, you will enjoy relaxation programmes and packages that have been thought out for you, without having to take care of anything yourself, everything will be served "just like on a plate. Inner peace seekers can try yoga and meditation practices, spa lovers will enjoy massage and sauna programmes, those who are tired of spinning in the kitchen will be able to enjoy eye-catching vegetarian dishes, and active leisure lovers can go hiking in the surrounding area or try fun outdoor activities (volleyball, paddleboards, etc). The rooms and cottages are arranged in such a way as to provide private space and a real holiday atmosphere for a few days.

HISTORY | PHILOSOPHY

History in Lithuania and abroad SHANTI Ayurvedic wellness, training and spa centres have been open in Lithuania since 2005 (- SPA SHANTI in Vilnius and Kaunas). Shanti Resort is the third SHANTI-branded wellness complex and the first one in Trakai region, established in 2020, offering not only health programmes, but also accommodation, catering, various water and outdoor activities, as well as yoga, meditation and other practice classes.
The philosophy of Shanti Resort is to foster a conscious space free from alcohol, intoxicants or any kind of drugs, where you will feel like you have gone to Bali or another uninhabited island. It is a blend of our ancestral pagan, Buddhist, yogic, Ayurvedic and other traditions. Conscious events and retreats for families, businesses, weddings, adults and all those seeking a sanctuary in nature and a rejuvenation of the spirit.
