We take a holistic approach to human health, looking at the whole person - body, mind and emotions.

Scientific evidence shows the interplay between a person's physical and mental state. Living under constant stress, unable to relax, in a hurry and with never-ending problems, we wear down our bodies. We tire ourselves out by staying in the same body position, working long hours, not exercising enough, eating 'fast' food, not breathing properly.

When a person experiences a lot of negative emotions, when he or she does not exhaust himself or herself spiritually or physically, the body becomes weak. According to the psychologist Z. Freud, the result of the discrepancies between the human mind, thought and body is psychosomatic illness.
