Helena Chalverus

Helena Chalverus is a wellness space in Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz, where yoga, movement, and body care come together in a mindful and intimate experience. Its approach encourages a gentle reconnection with the body through calm, in an environment designed for those seeking attentive, personalized practice.

The spirit of this place is reflected in Helena’s way of teaching, with intuitive classes adapted to what the body needs in each moment. Her background in dance and massage brings a broad, sensitive perspective that can be felt in both the yoga sessions and the manual therapies. Her approach also blends hatha yoga, kundalini, breathwork, meditation, and, in some classes, massage points inspired by traditional Chinese medicine.

She also offers yoga and movement retreats, along with dance-related activities and beach practices. Helena welcomes guests at C/ Almte. Escaño, 34, and works in Spanish and English, explaining each step clearly so the experience feels accessible, relaxing, and enriching.
