WHAT MAKES FROM GAIA FOR YOU UNIQUE?

Choosing a retreat is a deeply personal decision. With so many retreat centers across Europe, it can be hard to know where you will feel truly safe, supported, and seen. At From Gaia for You, what makes us unique is our intimacy, authenticity, and the integrative approach we bring to every retreat.

We are a family-run Ayahuasca retreat center in southern Spain, and our home is also the sacred space where we welcome participants. This creates an atmosphere that is warm, genuine, and personal — very different from larger, more commercial retreat centers. Every retreat is guided by us, Danilo and Ilse, who walk this path daily as partners, parents, and facilitators. Together we hold space with the balance of the healthy masculine and feminine, offering safety, strength, compassion, and care.

Our retreats are intentionally small and intimate, with no more than six participants in each group. This allows us to give each person the attention they deserve, while also fostering deep connection within the group.

Another aspect that sets us apart is the unique combination of ancestral plant medicines and holistic therapies. While Ayahuasca is at the heart of our work, we also integrate San Pedro (Huachuma), Kambo, and Rapéh when aligned with the process. These medicines complement one another — Ayahuasca for deep spiritual and emotional healing, San Pedro for opening the heart and expanding awareness, Kambo for physical and energetic cleansing, and Rapéh for grounding and clarity. Alongside these medicines, we weave in holistic practices such as sound healing, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy work, creating a retreat experience that is truly integrative and transformative.

Here, healing is not limited to the ceremonies alone. We place equal importance on preparation, integration, and ongoing support, so that the wisdom and insights from the retreat can become part of your everyday life.

Together, as life partners and parents of two daughters, we embody the balance of healthy feminine and masculine energies. This union shapes the way we guide our retreats, offering a living example of conscious relationship, presence, and authentic leadership. Our personal journey of growth and healing flows directly into the retreats we host, making the work not just professional, but deeply personal and real.

At From Gaia for You, our roles complement one another, Ilse’s nurturing presence and intuitive care blend seamlessly with Danilo’s grounded leadership and strength. This harmony creates a retreat environment where participants feel held in both softness and stability, allowing transformation to unfold with safety and trust.

Our retreat center is also our family home, located in a town 30 minutes from Málaga and Marbella, in southern Spain. Surrounded by mountains, olive groves, and the peaceful rhythm of Andalusian nature, it provides the perfect backdrop for deep healing and transformation.

Unlike larger, commercial Ayahuasca retreat centers in Europe, our space is intentionally intimate, allowing us to host only small group retreats (maximum 6 participants) and exclusive private retreats for individuals, couples, or small groups. This intimacy ensures that every person receives the attention, care, and presence they deserve.
